Rotating jaw assembly allows the plier handles to rotate to any position above the head while jaw assembly goes down into the spring cavity. Use straight or any angle up to 90 degrees. Jaw tip has a thin ledge for hooking underneath the stem seal. Also has vertical raised ridges inside the jaws to help grip valve stem seal.
