5/16" .310 Ball Broach
A simple fast method for sizing the I.D. of Bronze Guide-Liners. High quality, hard chrome plated with a special ground double ball that quickly sizes the I.D. eliminating reaming and honing. Use with KL5758 or KL5759 drivers.
IMPORTANT: to obtain the recommended finished guide I.D., a slightly larger ball broach will be required (due to material flowback that occurs during this sizing operation) typically, .001” (.025mm) to .0015” (.038mm) larger than the desired finished I.D.
