Shipping Information:

All orders received by 3:00pm PST will be shipped same day pending availability. Orders received by phone, fax or email will be shipped and billed using published UPS shipping rates. We ship most products via UPS however backordered items may be shipped via alternative methods to expedite your order.

Free Shipping Offer:

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $250.00 within the continental United States. Oversized items and shipments heavier than 50 pounds do not qualify for this offer and will be billed using standard UPS shipping rates. Oversized and heavy weight items include crankshaft polishers, five gallon containers, valve seat grinding kits, valve refacers, brake lathes and any other individual item with a shipping weight over 50 pounds.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Unused items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned items and packaging must be in original condition appropriate for resale.

Items not returned in original condition, including packaging, may be subject to a restocking fee and/or a partial refund. All returns require a "Returned Goods Authorization" available by calling our Customer Service Department. Any return not accompanied by an RGA will be refused.

Orders may be cancelled up to notification of shipment details.

Product Availability and Lead Times

We make every effort to supply up-to-date information on our inventory stock status and back order lead times from the manufacturer. Occasionally, items we normally stock may be on back order with the manufacturer. Item availability listed on our web site is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of delivery within the specified time frame.

Back Orders

Back ordered items will be shipped as they become available. Additional freight charges may apply depending on the number of back ordered items. Our "Check Out" page allows the option of how you would like us to handle back ordered items. If "I want all my items delivered at the same time." is selected, we will hold all in stock items until the order is complete. If "I want my items faster. Ship and invoice them as they become available." is selected, we will ship our available inventory immediately and the back ordered items as they become available. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for this option.

State of Washington Customers

We are required to collect Washington State Sales Tax for all orders shipped within the State. Due to the complicated structure of Washington State's Tax Code, we collect a flat 9.5% for all orders when they are placed. We will assign the correct tax code to each order during processing and refund any tax overpayment. If your company or organization is tax exempt, please make a note in the comments section of the checkout pages. We will contact you for documentation.

International Orders and Shipping
Depending on item availability, international items typically take an additional 2 -5 business days to process. International Orders may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Express Mail International or by UPS Worldwide service. Both services are available for selection when entering billing and shipping information. Shipping rates for these services are for shipping service only. Additional taxes, duties, fees or licenses may be required by the destination country for customs clearance. Any and all additional costs required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser as we have no practical way of calculating these costs in advance of shipment. International shipments that are refused are subject to restocking fees described above, shipping charges will not be refunded.
